A level of care that provides rehabilitative, restorative, and/or ongoing skilled nursing care to patients or residents in need of assistance with activities of daily living. Long-term care facilities include nursing homes, assisted living centers, rehabilitation facilities, inpatient behavioral health facilities, and long-term chronic care hospitals. We offer the 272-bed Samaritan Keep Nursing Home for residential long term care. Samaritan Medical Center is opening a new Nursing Home and Assisted Living Facility in early 2013 with 288 beds and many amenities.
